What does Turnaround Time mean?

Our turnaround time does vary according to the nature of the job. Some jobs can be ready within 24 hours of artwork & payment approval, and some jobs may take up to 5 business days.

The turnaround time, also known as the production turnaround, is the time (in days or hours) it takes for us to do prepress, printing, trimming, laminating and other sorts of finishing depending on

the nature of the job, ending when you have a completed printed product ready for pick-up or ready to shipment. It does not include the time for graphic design and shipping, mailing, or delivery.

All turnaround times are based on business days and office hours: Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm (AEST), excluding all public holidays.

When does the Turnaround Time start?

Turnaround Time begins when:

You have paid for the order in full adn the file you have provided is approved and ready to print.

If you give us the file, it must meet our file requirements for print to avoid any production delays or

If we've created or designed it, it must be approved for the turnaround time to start*

If your print order is submitted and approved by 11 am AEST on any business day, turnaround time begins the same day. If it is submitted and approved after 11am AEST on any business day, production will begin the next business day.

 

*Uploaded files are considered already approved, and we will print as is. However, files that do not meet our file requirements may cause delays, so turnaround time will begin when we have your

print-ready file(s), not when the order was submitted.
